Receptionists are the warm, welcoming faces of our hospitals, the guardians of our appointment schedules, and the experts on front-of-house products. They are truly the backbone of every practice, serving as the crucial connection between the hospital team and our clients.

This Khula course is designed to celebrate these masters of multitasking, and empower them with a strong foundation of veterinary knowledge. Over 200 receptionists have already successfully completed the course, and we invite you to join them in mastering the art of primary health care and premium client service.
